The beeps do not correspond to your remote control. During product setup, the Smarther AC will receive commands from your remote control when you press buttons. If other infrared products are nearby, this may cause interference and lead to recurring errors during advanced setup. To avoid these errors, follow these recommendations: - Move away from other products that use infrared (TV remote control, motion sensor on lighting, etc.). - Make sure your smartphone is not too close to your Smarther AC (about 1 meter) and that it is not between your air conditioner remote control and the Smarther AC. Some smartphone features such as facial recognition may cause interference. If the error persists despite checking the compatibility of your remote control (check.netatmo.com), please send us a message with a photo (front and back) of your remote control. My product does not beep? During installation, the Smarther AC beeps to confirm that it has received a command from your remote control. If you do not hear the beep, the Smarther AC cannot be configured correctly. Please check the following: - Make sure the batteries in the remote control are new and that the remote control can control your air conditioner. - Make sure the remote control is turned on Point the remote control at the Smarther AC, within a distance of less than 1 meter.
