If other infrared products are nearby, this may cause interference and lead to repeated errors during advanced setup. To avoid these errors, follow these recommendations: -Move away from any other products that use infrared (TV remote control, motion detectors in light fixtures, etc.). -Make sure your smartphone is not too close to your Smarther AC (about 1 meter) and that it is not interposed between your air conditioner remote control and the Smarther AC. Some smartphone features such as facial recognition may cause interference. If the error persists despite checking the compatibility of your remote control (check.netatmo.com), send us a message with a photo (front and back) of your remote control. My product does not beep? During configuration, the Smarther AC beeps to confirm that it has received an order sent by the remote control. If you do not hear this beep, the Smarther AC cannot be set up correctly. Check the following: - Make sure the remote control batteries are full and can control your air conditioner. - Make sure the remote control is turned on. Point the remote control at the Smarther AC, within 1 meter of it. If you still do not hear a beep after performing these checks, follow these steps: 1. Remove and power on the Smarther AC. Wait a few seconds, then start the setup from the product settings: Menu > Manage my home > Room selection > Set up my remote control. 2.
