I don't see my Wi-Fi network in the list of available networks. What should I do?

The smart thermostat cannot access the Internet via a public Wi-Fi network (hot-spot) or via a corporate network, and such networks are therefore not recommended. If your personal Wi-Fi network does not appear in the list of available Wi-Fi networks, first check that your smartphone is in the Wi-Fi network, and move closer to your router if it is not. If your Wi-Fi network still does not appear in the list of available networks, it is probably hidden: manually enter the SSID (name) of your network. In case your smart thermostat cannot reach the Wi-Fi signal because it is too far from your router, try installing a repeater to increase the Wi-Fi range of your router. You can also try moving your Wi-Fi router closer to the smart thermostat, if possible.
