If the Home + Control app displays "IR emitter or HVAC actuator unreachable", 2 might be the causes:
-it might not be correctly plugged into the power supply
-zigbee connection may be unstable or down.
You can try once to switch off and on the accessories and/or Smarther AC but If the problem persists please contact yor installer
