When making a call from the external panel, the video appears on my EASYKIT Wifi With Netatmo but there is no sound!

If your Connected Indoor Unit does not ring during a videophone call, check that silent mode is not activated on your indoor unit; this is indicated by the red call exclusion signal LED lit steadily. You can check from the "ringtone" menu of EASYKIT Wifi With Netatmo that the ringtone volume is high enough; if necessary, increase the volume by turning the programming joystick upwards.
