When calling from the external panel, the video appears on my EASYKIT Wifi with Netatmo, but there is no ringtone

If your connected indoor unit does not ring during a video call, check that silent mode is not activated on your indoor unit. This is indicated by the red LED of the call exclusion signal being lit. You can check from the "ringtone" menu of EASYKIT Wifi with Netatmo that the ringtone volume is loud enough; if necessary, increase the volume by turning the programming joystick upwards.
