Why is the audio/video quality of the app poor during communication?

The audio/video quality of the communication between the application and EASYKIT Wifi with Netatmo is defined by the indicator, during video communication, at the top right of the screen. Normally the audio/video quality indicator is white; if it is yellow or red, you should check the quality of your ADSL connection and the 3G/4G signal of your smartphone or mobile device. Also check any streaming devices present on the network, as they could affect the network performance.
