What should I do if I am not able to connect the gateway/not able to install gateway?

Make sure you are following the process as described in the app. When connecting to the gateway certain errors can appear, to solve them click on retry and you should be able to establish connection. 

If nothing works reboot the gateway and retry. In case you face an issue, please contact our client service for more help.
