1. However In some cases some products might remain in the unknown products banner. In this case wait for a few minutes and eventually they should show up.
2. If time passes and the products still don’t appear it might be because they are only supported by the latest gateway firmware so in this case upgrade the gateway firmware to latest version.
3. If products still do not appear on the app, ensure they are not part of another system and repeat the installation process. The LED will not be green, long press on the easy (EZ) button until they blink red then they are reset. Press again until blinking green if still not working please contact our client service for more help.
