If you are unable to use the touchscreen of your thermostat, please check the following: - if Boost mode is active, then the touchscreen will be disabled until Boost mode ends. In any other situation, the touchscreen may be disabled, you can enable it again through the Home+Control App: go to Settings, select "Manage my home", select the room where the thermostat is installed, select the thermostat and select "Parameters", then you can enable or disable the "Touch" function.
