To reset a wired (electrically powered) product, start by removing the product's cover plate.
Then remove the ring and finger from your product. To do this, use a flathead screwdriver to apply pressure to the four slots located around the ring to make it pop out. Do not use force, as this may damage your product. Once the ring has been removed, pop the finger out by inserting the screwdriver into the slot at the top edge.
Next, locate the gear icon on your product. This icon is next to a small hole in which the configuration button is located. Using a pointed object, press the configuration button for 7 seconds.
The LED on your product should light up red to confirm that your product has been reset.
