The products display in red when they are not yet configured for your installation. Go through the following steps again:
- Cut off power at the main circuit breaker and wait at least 10 seconds, then restore it.
- Press the middle of the wireless master switch's button until the indicator light briefly displays in green and then switches off.
- Wait for the wired product in question to change to continuous green.
