Some Green'UP HOME charging station models are incompatible with certain Android smartphone brands when the product is being installed in the Home + Control app. This incompatibility also depends on the smartphone's Android version. However, this defect does not affect the operation of the station (vehicle charging, off-peak control, load modulation, etc.)
Which Android smartphones are compatibles?
Compatibility depends on the smartphone's brand and the installed Android version.
To find out which version your smartphone is running, go to its settings and look for "About phone" or "General informations".
Please note that all iPhones are compatible with the installation process of Green'UP HOME charging stations through the Home+Control app.
Android 14 and previous
✅ All Android smartphones are compatible with the installation process of Green'UP HOME charging stations.
Android 15
❌ Google Pixel and OnePlus smartphones are not compatible with the installation process of Green'UP HOME charging stations.
✅ All others smartphones running Android 15 are compatible.
Android 16
❌ No smartphone is compatible with the installation process of Green'UP HOME charging stations.
This list is not exhaustive and may include other smartphone brands.
We will update this list as we identify other affected brands.
What should I do if I am affected?
To install the Green'UP HOME charging station in the Home+Control App, you must use a compatible smartphone (see list above).
Once the installation process completed, any smartphone could interact with the charging station through the Home+Control App.
