A product appears as "unreachable" in the App. What can I do?

A product appears as "unreachable" in the App when it no longer communicates with the gateway power outlet / module.

When a product appears as unreachable:

  • Switch the product off and on again
  • Check it properly works locally
  • Check if the distance between this product and the closest one does not exceed 10 meters. It the distance is too important, we recommend to add a product in between (ex : a mobile power outlet)
  • Check if new electrical devices disturb the radio signal​​
