Download Home + Pro and create/ log in with an installer account.
To start installation, choose offline installation mode then select your gateway from the list and follow the steps in the app.
The flow is similar to Home + Control, follow the images below for usual setup.
1. After opening your Home + Pro app, first choose the Offline installation mode and select your Gateway from the list to begin installation. If you are connected to the internet and a new firmware is available, it is automatically downloaded to your phone.
2.You can start installation by clicking 'Allow' to join the gateway’s connection by Wi-Fi-Direct and scanning the gateway’s QR code. Make sure you allow your Home + Pro app to access your Wi-Fi network and camera.
3. After scanning the QR code, switch the power off and on for all devices simultaneously. Then press the gateway button for 5 seconds until the LED turns solid green and press again for 5 seconds until it blinks green. Your gateway is now in listening mode and ready for product setup.
