Warning: If you perform a factory reset on your product, you will lose all of your stored configuration. If you want to completely uninstall your product, don't forget to remove it in the app by going to "settings", "Manage my home", select the room of the product, select the product, select the 3 dots at the top right and then delete. To perform a factory reset on Smarther with Netatmo, follow these steps: - Make sure that Smarther is well powered - Press and hold the button on the bottom right of the product until you hear 2 beeps. - Then release the button and wait for Smarther with Netatmo to restart During this process, a 5-second countdown will appear on the screen, then, after 1 beep, 00 will flash for another 5 seconds.
