I don't see "AP" displayed on the Smarther display or I don't see the Wi-Fi LED flashing while I install my product

1) Make sure your thermostat has power. You should see the temperature on the screen. 2) Turn it off and on again. Then press the button on the top right side for a few seconds and "AP" should appear on the screen. The Wi-Fi symbol should also be flashing. 3) If it doesn't work, contact our Customer Service.
