First, check that your thermostat is powered. Have you changed the Wi-Fi password of your router or installed a Wi-Fi repeater? If so, you need to reconfigure your installation, select Settings in the Home + Control App, select "Manage my home", select the room where the thermostat is installed, then select the thermostat and in the Information section select "Wi-Fi signal Configure network". Then follow the instructions provided by the application step by step.
