An option for faster detection : configure a Weather notification
If you want to speed up data acquisition and trigger your automations more quickly when specific conditions occur (wind speed, noise level, precipitation level), you can create a notification in the Netatmo Weather app.
When the condition is met, this notification allows the information to be sent more quickly to Home + Control, which forces the execution of your automation.
How to configure a notification in Netatmo Weather

Open the Netatmo Weather app
Go to Settings, then select Notifications.

Create a custom notification
Simply create a new custom notification based on the measurement from the module you configured as the trigger in the Home + Control app.
Tap New notifications, then select the product you want to monitor.
Set the trigger condition for the notification based on the measurement that matches the automation trigger in the Home + Control app then Save to confirm.
