My Smarther AC with Netatmo device cannot be paired with HomeKit. What should I do?

Make sure setup wasn't done using another iCloud account (for example, a friend or family member's iPhone). If a friend or family member has already set up products using their iPhone, they'll need to send you an invitation before you can share access to the products through the Apple Home app. Ask your friend or family member to follow these steps: - Go to the Home + Control app settings, select “Guests” and invite a new user - or go to the Apple Home app settings, select and invite a new user If not, and this is the first iCloud account to access setup, reset the Wi-Fi and HomeKit settings stored on the thermostat by pressing the button in the lower right corner for 5 seconds until you hear a beep (see “How do I reset Apple HomeKit on my smart air conditioner with Netatmo?”).
