Please note that your product comes with 3 HomeKit labels: - one on the top of the clear plastic screen protector - one in the instruction manual - one on the back of the product which you can access by removing the front panel of your device (you do not need to touch/remove any wiring). If you lose all three labels, the HomeKit code is no longer available.
