If the Home + Control app displays "IR transmitter or HVAC actuator unreachable", there are 2 possible causes for the issue: - It may not be properly connected to the power supply - The Zigbee connection may be unstable or interrupted. You can try turning off and on the accessories and/or Smarther AC once, but if the issue persists, please contact your installer
