Remember that your product comes with 3 HomeKit labels: - one on a transparent cover of the display - one on the instruction sheet - one on the back of the product, which you can access by simply removing the front part of the device (you do not need to touch/remove the wiring). If you lose these three labels, the HomeKit code is no longer available.
