Make sure the setup hasn't already been done using another iCloud account, such as a friend or family member's iPhone. If a friend or family member has already set up the products using their iPhone, they'll need to send you an invitation so you can share access to the products via the Apple Home app. Ask your friend or family member to: - either in the Home + Control app settings, select ;Guests; and invite a new user - either in the Apple Home app settings, select and invite a new user If this is not the case, and this is the first iCloud account to access the installation, restart the Wi-Fi and HomeKit settings stored in the thermostat by pressing the button at the bottom right for 5 seconds until you hear a beep (see; How do I reset Apple HomeKit on my Smarther connected thermostat with Netatmo? ;).
