This behavior on your connected contactor is completely normal. In the event of a manual switch-off, this state will be permanently maintained until the next press or manual action in the App.
Generally speaking, after a manual action on your contactor, depending on the product mode, it acts in different ways:
- In Manuel mode 🛠️
- Each manual action is definitive until the next press, action in the App, or until the next event in an action schedule.

- In Peak / Off-peak mode ⏰
- Every time you switch to Peak or Off-Peak mode, your contactor will automatically switch on or off. In the event of a manual action to temporarily force ignition (fixed green indicator), the contactor will retain this state until the next switchover to Peak / Off-Peak Hours, press on the contactor, action in the App, or until the next event in an action schedule.
ℹ️ Note: You can only change the contactor mode via the Home+Control app. To change mode, please follow these steps:
- Open the Home+Control application on your device.
- Go to "Settings".
- Click on "Manage my home" .
- Open the room in which your contactor is installed. It should normally be located in "Electrical panel".
- Click on your contactor, open "Feature" and choose the desired mode.
