Following the addition of an energy meter to an existing installation, the history of electrical consumption previously measured by your various "with Netatmo" connected products (sockets, switches, electrical panel modules) will no longer be displayed to ensure the consistency of displayed data. This is intentional and not a bug.
❓ Why does this happen?
The consumption measured by the energy meter is a global consumption. The energy meter measures either:
- The total consumption
- The photovoltaic production of your solar panels
- The consumption of a line (grouping the consumption of different devices or products)
ℹ️ Difference with previous measurements:
The previously recorded measurements were specific to each connected product. With the energy meter, we switch to a measurement at the scale of the entire home.
