How does the Peak / Off-peak Hours mode work on my connected contactor?

A Peak / Off-peak Hours electricity contract allows you to benefit from two different electricity rates depending on the time of day.

Detailed functioning:

If you have subscribed to a Peak / Off-peak Hours contract with your electricity provider, your connected contactor may turn on or off automatically when the Peak or Off-peak Hours switch from your electric meter.

Using the main button:

Each press of the main button on your connected contactor changes its state:

  • OFF (permanent)
  • OFF AUTO
  • ON AUTO
  • ON (temporary forced operation)
     

 

Mode change : 

The Peak / Off-peak Hours operating mode is activated by default on your connected contactor and can be customized in the App settings. To change mode, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Home+Control application on your device.
  2. Go to "Settings".
  3. Click on "Manage my home" .
  4. Open the room in which your contactor is installed. It should normally be located in "Electrical panel".
  5. Click on your contactor, open "Feature" and choose the desired mode.
