I cannot see products in the rooms during the configuration from the Home + Control App and the guided products installation. What should I do?

If you can't see products in the rooms during configuration from the Home + Control App and the guided products installation, follow these steps to resolve the issue.

Steps to Troubleshoot Visibility Issues

  • Check Configuration Mode Status:
    • Ensure that the configuration mode is no longer activated. The indicator lights on the wired products must be off.
    • If the lights are still on, briefly press and hold the center of the master switch, then release. The indicator lights on the wired products should turn off.
  • Verify Gateway and Wi-Fi Connection:
    • Confirm that the gateway power outlet or the gateway module is correctly powered ⚡️
    • Ensure your smartphone has a strong Wi-Fi signal 📶
    • Click on "Try Again" on the pop-up error message. If the signal quality is poor, it may take up to 10 seconds for a product to appear.

 

  • Manual Placement of Products:
    • If the issue persists, you can manually place the products later from the App settings.
    • Go to the settings and navigate to "Manage my home" and select "Unplaced product."
