I can't find my Wi-Fi network in the list of recommended networks. What should I do?

The connected thermostat cannot access the Internet via a public Wi-Fi network (hot-spot) or via a corporate Wi-Fi network, so these networks are not recommended. If your personal Wi-Fi network does not appear in the list of suggested Wi-Fi networks, first check that your smartphone is within range of the Wi-Fi network and, if not, move closer to the Internet router. If your Wi-Fi network still does not appear in the list of available networks, it is probably hidden: manually enter the SSID (name) of your network. If your connected thermostat cannot reach the Wi-Fi signal because it is too far from the Wi-Fi router, try installing a Wi-Fi extender to increase the Wi-Fi range of the router. You can also try moving your Wi-Fi router closer to the connected thermostat, if possible.
