Amazon Alexa does not recognize rooms that you have created in MyHOME_UP. If you want to control multiple products in the same room (e.g. living room lights) or group a set of products under the same name (e.g. downstairs lights), you can create group commands: - go to the Amazon Alexa app settings, select Smart Home, then Groups, Add a group, then follow the instructions in the Amazon Alexa app.
