The Digital Controls app displays 10 Wi-Fi networks; if your Wi-Fi network is not displayed, try refreshing the list by scrolling down the Wi-Fi network page. Alexa Voice Control cannot access the Internet through a public Wi-Fi network (hotspot) or a corporate Wi-Fi network, and therefore these networks are not suggested. If your personal Wi-Fi network does not appear in the list of suggested Wi-Fi networks, first check that your smartphone is within range of the Wi-Fi network, and move closer to the internet router if it is not. If your Wi-Fi network still does not appear in the list of available networks, it is probably because it is hidden: manually enter the SSID (name) of your network.
