The Digital Controls app displays 10 Wi-Fi networks; if your Wi-Fi network is not displayed, try refreshing the list by scrolling down the Wi-Fi networks page. Alexa voice control cannot access the internet over public Wi-Fi or corporate Wi-Fi, so these networks are not recommended. If your home Wi-Fi network does not appear in the list of suggested Wi-Fi networks, first check that your smartphone is within range of the Wi-Fi network, and if not, move closer to your internet router. If your Wi-Fi network still does not appear in the list of available networks, it is probably because it is hidden: manually enter the SSID (name) of your network.
