1) Make sure the thermostat is turned on. You should see the temperature on the display. 2) Turn it off and then back on. Then try pressing the button in the upper right corner for a few seconds until "AP" appears on the display. The Wi-Fi icon should also be flashing. 3) If it still doesn't work, please contact our technical support.
