Before switching from heating to cooling mode, make sure that your heating devices are compatible and that you have completed all the manual operations required to change the mode. Switching your thermostat from cooling to heating mode is done via the temperature program. In the Home + Control app, go to settings and select “Programs”. In the temperature program screen, click on the name at the top and then select the “Heating” tab. You can now create a new heating program or activate one of your heating programs. Please note that switching from cooling to heating mode applies to all connected thermostats in your home.
