The Home + Security app for Classe 300 EOS with Netatmo for Android devices can be downloaded via Google Play. Since May 2020, some smartphone models are no longer certified by Google. These models do not use Google Mobile Services and are therefore no longer compatible with Google Play. Check if the Google Play Store is loaded on your Android smartphone model.
