When calling from the external keyboard, the video appears on my Classe 300 EOS but it does not ring!

If your Classe 300 EOS does not ring during a video intercom call, check that the ring exclusion mode is not active. This mode is indicated on the video intercom by the flashing of the red "call exclusion" LED.
