I can't connect to my Somfy connected roller shutter in the Home + Control App. What should I do?

  1. Check the Somfy installation status:
    • Open your dedicated Somfy application (Tahoma or Connexoon Window).
    • Ensure the installation is seen as functional in the Somfy App.
       
  2. Unlink your Somfy box:
    • Open the Home + Control App.
    • Go to Settings > Manage my home > Somfy relay > Remove.
       
  3. Link your Somfy box again:
    • Go to Add a product section in the Home + Control App.
    • Select Somfy and follow the App instructions.
       
  4. Check your internet connection:
    • Ensure that your smartphone is connected to the internet.
       
  5. Contact Somfy Support:
