INSTALLER USER: can do everything except invite/remove other "building" administrators BUILDING ADMINISTRATOR: has complete management of invitations from other users, installers and building administrators CANNOT make "structural" changes to the system: - add/remove apartments - add/remove gates - add/remove distribution boards - change system settings (e.g. SCS addresses) NOTE: the user who creates the system will have the dual role of installer and building administrator
