To use call forwarding on smartphones and access the functions from the Home + Security app, you must download the app (available for free on the Apple Store and Play Store), create an account or log in with an existing account and configure the app using the setup wizard. To use the Amazon Alexa functions, you must create an Amazon account using the setup wizard.
