If you press the touch button to open the lock, the corresponding LED flashes repeatedly without controlling the lock, the "safe lock" mode is active on your Classe 100X so that the buttons are only active if an audio/video connection is in progress between the videophone and the video street panel. To deactivate the "safe lock" mode: - remove the Classe 100X from its wall bracket - remove the green terminal from the power supply - put the "safe lock function" microswitch located on the back of the video door entry system in the correct position - reinsert the green power supply terminal - reposition the video door entry system on the wall bracket
