If you press the button to open the lock, the corresponding LED flashes several times without checking the lock, the "Safe Lock" function "Safe Lock" is active on your Classe 100X, so the buttons are only active if an audio/video connection is in progress between the display and the street panel. To deactivate the "Safe Lock" function - remove the Classe 100X from the wall mounting bracket - remove the green power supply terminal - move the "safe lock function" dipswitch on the back of the video door entry system to the correct position - reinsert the green power supply terminal - Reinstall the video door entry system on the wall mounting base
