If when pressing the touch button to open the lock the corresponding LED flashes several times without controlling the lock, the "safe lock" mode is active on your Classe 100X so the buttons are only active if an audio/video connection is in progress between the videophone and the video street panel. To deactivate the "safe lock" mode: - remove Classe 100X from the wall bracket - remove the green power supply terminal - move the "safe lock function" microswitch located on the back of the video door entry system to the correct position - reinsert the green power supply terminal - reposition the videophone on the wall bracket
